Monthly Morning Sound Bath-£10 offer

An hour’s sound bath with an invitation to stay behind afterwards for tea and light snacks to help integrate and ground the session. Please note there will be no kheer after these sessions

Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.

We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness of at least 5 minutes to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground.

No requirement to bring any mats, blankets, pillows or eye masks as they are all provided for

Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.
