One-to-one Treatments

“From the moment I stepped into Giles house, I felt at ease. Bravely, I had booked the session on recommendation of a close friend so I knew I would be in good hands but you can't help but feel anticipation and anxiety walking into someone's private home for a sound healing session (when really you have no idea what is about to happen). Giles guided me upstairs to the most beautiful light and airy loft space where we discussed why I was there and what I thought I wanted from the session. If I am honest, I wasn't entirely sure but something had led me there. I didn't know if I was looking for physical or emotional healing but was open to what would come of it. I settled onto the couch as Giles dimmed the light in the space to help relaxation and cocooned myself in blankets ready for whatever was to come. As the session began, Giles used his soothing voice and a plethora of different sounds and vibrations that took me into what I can only describe as a transcendental state. I had moments of clarity like I have never experienced, never sure if I was conscious or half asleep and I drifted between states but felt utterly peaceful and at rest, something that doesn't come easy to me. There was a moment where Giles sang my name into my heart and I can't explain fully in words how this felt but to put it briefly: I felt loved. Not only that but I felt worthy of that love for myself and that is something I did not expect to come from the session.  I left my private session feeling inspired to write about my experience as what I felt was transformative, healing and inspiring.  I felt inspired to follow a journey of healing not only for myself but for helping others as well. This is something I had considered in my head a number of times but had not felt brave enough to say out loud. Giles' session, along with a couple of other moments over the past few months,  of what I can only see as divine intervention and the universe guiding me, has allowed me the confidence and courage to speak my truth and work out what I want from my life. I discovered what I want to do which is to help others on their healing journey. I have since signed up to a course to become a guided meditation instructor and am hoping to help others through meditation, and gut and nervous system healing. This is not something I would have even thought I would have the confidence to do 6 months ago.  All I can say is that Giles is a true healer and anyone intrigued by the idea of a sound bath and particularly a private session should book in a without hesitation .
