Group Sound Bath: £20/£14 concession

An hour’s sound bath with an invitation to stay behind afterwards for tea and light snacks to help ground the session.
I start by bringing your attention to the breath, then as the sound bath starts, all you need to do is relax and let the different sounds and frequencies flow and wash through you.

I weave healing sounds and tones organically and intuitively using a variety of instruments including two Nepalese singing gongs, an Oetken Metarton gong, Burmese spinning gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, a shruti box, shamanic drums and my voice.

As you surrender to the sound bath your brain waves will automatically slow down, shifting you from a state of activity to a state of deep relaxation.

One-to-One Sound Healing session: £70

There is a range of treatments available that can support your healing and concentrate on various aspects of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy bodies.

I work with you to create a personalised approach for every session, customised to your particular needs at the time- be it on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies.

The majority of the session is working in close proximity to your body using my voice, which operates like a guided laser beam to give you a sonic massage and hone in on where you need the healing sounds the most. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones, mantras and rich harmonic overtones too.

I also potentially use some the following instruments depending on what is required for you each session-tuning forks on or near your body, gongs or shamanic drums washing over your body, singing bowls on or near your body. I always finish the session by bringing you around with the lovely sounds of koshi wind chimes.

Each session is around 75 minutes in total, always ending with a sound bath of about 20 minutes, followed by a period of complete silence to allow the session to integrate and ground within you.

Chakra Balancing: £70

One of the treatments I offer is for chakra balancing, where I use a range of the following to bring your chakras into a balanced and aligned state

-Bija mantras to tone up your chakras from Manipura (Base Chakra) up to Sahasrara (Crown chakra)

-The 5 Bija Mantras of the Tibetan tradition

-Intuitive sounds that call me to asist with the balancing.

-Sacred solfeggio tuning forks at specific frequencies relevant to each chakra-for example 396Hz for the base chakra up to 963hz for the crown chakra.

Six session packages: £375

If you are interested in experiencing a deeepr dive into the mystery of sound medicine and can commit to regular weekly or fortnightly sessions, I have a 6 sessions for the price of 5 package.

Each session compliments and builds on the previous ones and is very conducive towards deeper, lasting and embodied changes.

This is also a great opportunity to reboot your system, re-align your nervous system and to help bring your whole body into a state of homeostasis and to drop into the stillness of your being. From this place everything is birthed, all possibilities abound that can help manifest your dreams, crystallize your intentions, re-energise your health and vitality, and support your wellbeing and increase your zest for life as more creative and life force energy is unlocked.

Sound healing is a very powerful form of vibrational medicine and works on all the energy bodies (or Koshas within the Vedic tradition) -physical, emotional, mental, astral and causal. Each session compliments and builds upon the previous ones, starting with the physical body and working out towards the causal realm. I work with you to devise the most appropriate healing for each session using a wide range of instruments including gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drums and tuning forks. I intuitively weave healing sounds and tones with my voice for the session too; the voice being the predominant and most sacred instrument for these sessions.

Private Sound Baths: £70 for 2 people (£20 per person thereafter)

For anyone wanting a deeper and more personalised experience for themselves or for having a relaxing time with family or friends, these sessions create the opportunity to drop into a more aligned and intimate energetic space where individual and shared intentions can be allowed to germinate.

I am also available for larger private group sound baths for anyone interested in making an event out of this-be it a birthday party, stag do, engagement party, pamper party. Do get in touch to discuss further. I can accommodate up to 16 people in my sound studio in Folkestone. Travel is possible but extra costs will be incurred.
