Vocal Toning Circle and Sound Bath

An invitation to gather in community to offer healing sounds and tones to each other and sounds of peace for the global community. The invitation is to lie down in the centre of the circle in turn and be bathed in sounds, with an invitation to sing your name and any words of your choice too. It is a process of giving and receiving and is very delicate and touching.

We then connect and take this out further into the local and globalcommunity.

We start with some gentle breathing exercises. a short, guided meditation to help connect with our heart space before we start to offer and receive healing sounds and tones for individual and collective healing.

It is profound medicine.

No singing experience required. Just an open heart and mind and a clarity and purity of intention.

Great opportunity to free the voice too in a nourishing and supportive environment.

This is followed by a gentle sound bath to help land the energy.

There is an invitation to stay behind afterwards for tea and light snacks to help integrate and ground the session.

Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.

We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness of at least 5 minutes to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground.

No requirement to bring any mats, blankets, pillows or eye masks as they are all provided for
