Come and join us for a Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session

Natasha will start the session with some Yin Yoga. Her yoga journey began in 2000 on her travels in Australia, she was introduced to vipassana meditation and after a 10 day retreat she was inspired to practice yoga and meditate regularly.

She travelled to India a number of times exploring ashrams and different styles of yoga including sivananda, ashtanga and teachings at the Krishnamacharya mandiram .

On her return to the uk she embarked on a 500hr teacher training with the british wheel of yoga, she has now been teaching for 15 years and enjoys offering workshops and day retreats in Kent. She more recently trained in yin yoga which she is passionate to share and as a holistic therapist combines her knowledge of Thai massage and energy healing into her teaching style, her sessions are for all levels including a complete beginner, she believes yoga is for everybody and enjoys witnessing the transformation in people after class.

Followed by an hour’s sound bath which are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.

We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground

Finishing with some light nourishing snacks afterwards to help integrate and ground the experience.

No requirement to bring any blankets, pillows or eye masks for the sound bath as they are all provided for.

Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.

We very much look forward to seeing you.
