An invitation to join myself, my wife Katrin, and Alison Lingwood for a Cacao ceremony, shamanic drum journey and sound bath.
Come and drink some Hawaiian cacao from the slopes of Mauna Loa volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii. Experience the nurturing ʻHeart of the Motherʻ from the Spirt of Cacao as she snakes through your body. ( Flower Essence available if you are not able to sample the elixir.) Alison cocreates with the plants both in the Kent and Hawaii to bring you their essence and physical benefits. Please come and sample the cacao and flower essences from this tropical healing Island.
There will be an opportunity to buy some cacao and flower essences afterwards too.
We then embark on a shamanic drum journey to honour the spirits of our ancestors and to support our journey into the unseen realms, to help gain valuable insights and inspiration to support our spiritual growth and maintain balance , whilst moving with the mystery of life.
Allow this to further percolate away as you surrender into healing sounds and tones of the sound bath, a sonic massage for the body, mind and soul.
Sound Baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shruti box, rattles, rain pillar and shamanic drums.
We close the sound bath with a period of complete silenc and stillness of at least 5 minutes to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground.
No requirement to bring any mats, blankets, pillows or eye masks as they are all provided for
Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.
We very much look forward to seeing you.
