Evening group gong bath

Where: 9 Marten Road, Folkestone, CT20 2JR
When: Every third Wednesday of the month
7 pm - 7.45 pm
Cost: £12

What to bring: something comfortable to lay on, a blanket and a pillow or cushion. An eye mask or something to cover your eyes with may also feel nice for you. 

Please arrive no later than 6:35 pm so you can get comfortable. Entrance is not allowed after 7 pm as we will have started the Sound Bath.
