Summer certainly arrived with a vengeance last month. I found the heat and the power of the sun both energising and draining in equal measure.

Although I painted this picture some time ago, it seems to capture for me something of the energy and feeling of June.

As we head into the summer holiday season, I'm slowing down my offerings a little, but there are still plenty of opportunities to experience a sound bath and other events over the coming months.

Starting this week with a sound bath on Thursday evening.

Somatics and Sound

Join myself and Emma Meehan for a deeply restorative workshop where gentle somatic movement is woven together with voice and sound, awakening deeper body awareness, gentle vocal expression and relaxation.

The experience ends with a soothing sound bath featuring gongs, singing bowls, percussion and voice, followed by tea and light refreshments afterwards—a chance to connect and unwind in community.

This is a beautiful opportunity to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Vocal Toning Circle and Sound Bath

Start the weekend with some sound, vocal toning, connection, and collective healing as we weave an intuitive soundscape together. Through shared healing tones and intention, we create a space to nurture love, peace, compassion, and healing—for ourselves, our loved ones, our communities, and mother Earth.

No singing experience is needed, and no one sings alone. This is not about performance, but presence—a safe, supportive space where your intention is all that matters.

We end with a deeply relaxing sound bath, leaving you grounded, restored, and connected.
